These gravesites aren’t tourist stops. They’re where the people who changed me ended up. The writer who found beauty in decay. The photographer who saw Paris at night. The ones who didn’t play it safe, who made work that mattered, who paid for it. Standing at their graves isn’t about saying thanks, it’s about confronting myself. What am I doing with my time? What actually matters? What’s just noise? These people, brilliant and flawed, ran out of time. So will you. So will I.
This is a lifelong project. Hundreds more graves to visit, hundreds more people who deserve to be remembered. Each print captures that moment, standing there, asking the question their lives still pose: what the fuck are you doing with yours?
